PRICING & QUOTES
Please note that the website prices may be subject to change, and if, by genuine mistake, we have underpriced an item, we will not be liable to supply that item to you at the stated price, provided that we notify you before we dispatch the item. In those circumstances, we will notify the correct price to you so you can decide whether or not you wish to order the item at that price.
Customers are able to contact BH Clothing Ltd for direct quotations via email or calling the office, and discuss personalisation options, or sourcing products not displayed online.
Quotes sent outside of our website will contain specific terms and conditions that may not necessarily apply to online purchases.
STOCK
Items may not necessarily be held in stock due to the vast ranges of garments, sizes and colour options. Items may therefore need to be ordered from our suppliers and could in some cases incur delays.
DELIVERY
Our delivery dates are approximate, but we would expect delivery of small scale orders within 5 working days.
Any production outside of this will be specified on the individual product description, or customers will notified directly of any increased timescale.
Items may be subject to delays from the manufacturers, and customers will be updated as soon as possible should our estimated delivery/completion fall outside of our proposed guidelines. Customers will then have the option to review their purchase and cancellation options.

RETURNS
Please note that customised items are not eligible for return due to the personalisation.
Eligible items should be returned within 14 days of receipt of your order for an exchange or refund.
Please ensure that contact is made with us prior to any return via a completed online return link; call or email to the office with confirmation of receipt of your return. We will then address options for refund and replacement where appropriate.
When returning goods please ensure that the items are clearly marked for return and the reason for the return.
For cancellation of delivered orders, it can be returned to us in its original and resaleable condition and a refund will be given according to the customers wishes (excluding any carriage and handling charges).

SIZING
Please note that sizing does vary between manufacturers and during their production process. Therefore the size guides are an approximate indication. We would recommend if you are in doubt about the fit that you consider ordering a larger size or purchasing a sample.
